Leadership & Experience
Pasillas Catering is led by a team of industry professionals with 30 to 40 years of experience in culinary operations, restaurant management, and hospitality services. Our Executive Chef, Juan Pasillas, brings nearly four decades of expertise in kitchen leadership and menu development. Owner Manny Pasillas contributes over 40 years of experience in restaurant operations, business management, and customer service excellence. Supporting the team is a strong sales and operations background, ensuring a seamless connection between client expectations and service delivery.
Founder Story
Manny Pasillas’ journey in the culinary industry began in 1977, when he immigrated from Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico, to the United States. His career quickly evolved through leadership roles in recognized restaurant groups, including TGI Fridays and Hard Rock Café, where he developed strong operational and culinary management skills across multiple cities.
Over the years, Manny expanded his experience by managing and leading well-known restaurant concepts, eventually becoming an entrepreneur and owner. His dedication, consistency, and vision led him to establish and grow successful businesses, including Azteca Mexican Grill in Powell, Ohio.
Today, Pasillas Catering represents the culmination of a lifelong career—bringing together decades of knowledge, leadership, and passion to deliver high-level catering experiences built on authenticity, quality, and operational excellence.
